30-Day Return Policy

We have an unconditional 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy in place of the original manufacturer warranty. You may return the item for a refund or an exchange and there are NO RESTOCKING FEES. Here’s our quick and easy return/exchange process.

Authentic Glasses will gladly accept returns of merchandise in NEW, UNWORN and RE-SELLABLE conditions with all informational papers and cases within 30 days from delivery date.

In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or damaged merchandise, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We honor a NO restocking fee policy. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our facility within 14 days from assignment of the RMA #. Use a traceable method of shipment for returns. We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.

Step 1 – Check your Order

- Item condition: Item(s) presented for exchange or return must be in unused and original condition. - Time line: Item(s) has to be received by us within 30 days from the moment you opened the delivered package.


Step 2 – Obtain an RMA Number

- You must contact us for a Return/exchange Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. There are two ways to contact us: - Send us a message by clicking here. - Give us a call at Toll Free Number 877-714-6222.


Step 3 – Pack and Ship the Item

- Pack the item with everything that came with it such as the case, cleaning cloth, booklets/cards, etc. - Write your RMA number on the box. - Ship the item out via trackable method of shipping with signature confirmation. - Buyers are responsible for all return shipping charges. - We are not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.


Step 4 – Wait and Receive your 2nd Item or Refund

- We will process your refund or send out the second item within 48 business hours of receipt and inspection of your package.
